My name is Tatiana and I can’t wait to share with you my journey to achieving a balance between the body, mind, and soul (self).
Over the years, I have come to appreciate the amazing benefits of living a vibrant life through the power of mindful eating, movement/exercise, and mindset. Somewhere along the way, I realized that life is a journey, so I better be enjoying the ride. But living a good or okay life and living an amazingly great and vibrant life are very different things.
For most of my teenage years, I struggled with mood disorder, weight gain, and depression. My skin was flaky, digestion was compromised, my hair was thinning, and I was gaining weight – it was not easy being a teenager. 2008 was the year when everything changed. I realized that while I was learning psychology, political science, marketing, and other subjects in university, I had no idea about the simple science of eating and the power it had on my physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Fast forward to today, I am a Toronto based Registered Holistic Nutritionist, with a passion and purpose to help millions of people around the globe achieve an optimal balance between the mind, body, and self, through the implementation of holistic strategies in nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle. I am on a mission to challenge the conventional beliefs about food (dieting, body image issues, food addictions, and emotional eating to name a few), that have become the norm in our society and help you achieve your greatest self, all through the power of smart eating, mindset, and lots of self-love.
